Today Is The Day We Depart on our Journey.

The day has finally come! After a year of planning and training the day has finally arrived for us to skateboard to New York City from Chicago. We have set up a blog at www.shredamerica.blogspot.com where you will be able to check out exactly what’s going on with us on the road.

We will be on the Jonathan Brendmeier Show this morning.WLUP 97.9FM The Loop. It’s a local Chicagoland radio station. If you live in the area be sure to tune in otherwise you can listen LIVE online at www.wlup.com We will then head over to “The Bean” in Millennium Park  where we will say start the whole trip from. We will be skateboarding the first few miles down the lake front bike path toward Indiana.
